Oil-Water Separator Functional Description
1. Wastewater enters the device through the inlet and first flows into the solid-liquid separation chamber. Larger debris in the wastewater is separated and temporarily stored in a stainless steel basket-style grille, while smaller debris settles at the bottom of the solid-liquid separation chamber and is discharged. The treated wastewater then enters the oil-water separation chamber.
2. In the oil-water separation chamber, utilizing the principle of density difference between oil and water, oil automatically floats to the top and collects in a specially designed oil collection device. The oil discharge valve at the top of the oil collection device is connected to a waste oil collection barrel. When the floating oil reaches a certain height in the collection device, the oil discharge valve is opened, allowing the oil to flow into the waste oil collection barrel placed beside the device. An optional automatic micro-bubble generator can be installed in the oil-water separation chamber to accelerate the oil-water separation process and ensure thorough separation. Additionally, a thermostat is integrated into the oil-water separator to prevent oil from solidifying in low-temperature environments. Collected waste oil is periodically transferred to approved disposal sites. When the liquid level in the oil-water separation chamber reaches a certain height, the wastewater is forced through a return pipe into the sewage lifting chamber under pressure.
3. In the sewage lifting chamber, when the water level reaches a preset height, the pump activates to lift the sewage into the municipal pipeline network. The pump stops operating when the water level drops to the low-level mark at the bottom.

Solid-Liquid Separation System - The enclosed chamber is equipped with fine grilles and a spiral conveyor. A precision filtration device, automatically controlled by sensors, separates debris from wastewater, preventing debris from entering the oil-water separation chamber. This effectively removes various residues from the water, reduces pollutant levels, and prevents clogging of subsequent equipment, achieving automatic solid-liquid separation.
Oil-Water Separation System - A large separation space utilizes the density difference between oil and water to effectively separate various oils from the water. An electric valve automatically controls the discharge, ensuring all separated oils are directed into the collection barrel.
Air Flotation System - Utilizing the negative charge of micron-sized bubbles, the system adsorbs positively charged substances in the water. Oils adhere to the surface of the bubbles, enhancing the adsorption and separation of suspended solids or pollutants in the water and accelerating oil-water separation.
Agitation System - The conical enclosed oil-water separation chamber includes an agitation system that activates at set intervals to prevent oil from clumping, thereby avoiding blockages in the oil discharge pipes.
Heating System - The oil-water separation chamber is equipped with a heating system and sensors to automatically regulate temperature, ensuring the fluidity of oils.
Weight Alarm System - Automatically senses oil or residue levels and triggers an alarm, significantly reducing labor intensity and management costs (the collection barrel is fully sealed to prevent odor diffusion).
Automatic Flushing System - Flushes the solid-liquid separation chamber and its sediments through a backwash pipeline.
Observation Window - Allows for visual monitoring of the oil condition.
Automated Control - Utilizes branded components for accurate operation control, featuring liquid level detection monitoring, automatic alarms, overload and short-circuit protection, remote signal transmission, and pump dry-run protection.
